How do I return my order?

We offer free returns for every order within 30 days.

Just email your return request to order@hostmobility.com with the subject line “Return <your-order-number>”

 
Please wait until we have confirmed your request. Then, attach the return label included to the outside of your package and hand it to your nearest post office.

You can probably find your nearest PostNord post office here.

Make sure to always save the receipt and return tracking number until your refund has been processed.

 

  • Host Mobility offers free returns and refunds.
  • Not 100% satisfied with your recent Host Mobility purchase? We are happy to accept returns and refund items that are in the original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition as you’ve received it. Returned items may have been inspected but not used or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.

  • We provide one free return label for each order. You can use it within 30 days from receiving your order.
  • If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund.
  • If you would like to change your item to one of a different color or a different product, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
  • Please return only the items that belong to the same order. We do not accept multiple returns put together from different order numbers.
  • If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid back to your original payment method.
  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item(s) sent back to you.
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. After your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This could take up to 5 work days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you a final email once it’s all done.
